place the bat in your steamcmd folder, set what mods you want to download, any in the list you do not want to use, then place a :: in front of the line. if using my version, you just set the false to true and it will enable, or my alternative version, you can manually enter the steam workshop ID, and just download 1 mod at a time. And so far, the most promising result I had was using "workshop_download_item 107410 453577279" where 107410 is the AppID for Arma 3 on steam and 453577279 is the workshop content ID of some random arma 3 mod/addon. (the content ID is the number at the end of the workshop mod URL). I'm playing around with SotF and a helpful player commented in another thread that in order to update SotF you have to manually copy over files from a client machine to update the mod on the server.
